Youth 100 Days 2019

Central – In 100 Days we will safely and stably house 40 unaccompanied youth and young adults between the ages of 16-24, 80% of whom will be actively engaged with one or more of the following supportive services: Health, Education and Employment. [view progress on the dashboard]

Fairfield County – In 100 Days we will safely and stably house and/or divert 75 young adults between the ages of 18-24. 50% will be employed or actively engaged in an educational or employment program. [view progress on the dashboard]

Greater Hartford – In 100 Days we will safely and stably house 75 youth and young adults between the ages of 16-24 with 60% (40 YYA) connected to education, employment and/or life skill training and 35% (26 YYA) being involved in juvenile justice and/or reentry. [view progress on the dashboard]

Greater New Haven – 100 youth in 100 days, this includes pregnant and parenting youth ages 14-24. 75% of those youth will be connected to needed resources (education, employment, mental health, DCF reentry, etc) through a coordinated referral process. [view progress on the dashboard]

Middlesex-Meriden-Wallingford – In 100 Days we will safely and stably house 40 youth, young adults and qualified youth families between the ages of 16-24, 20% being identified by McKinney-Vento Liaisons. [view progress on the dashboard]

Northeast – In 100 Days we will safely and stably house 30 youth and young adults between the ages of 16-24 with 40% connected to an educational setting and 50% having discounted and/or free transportation. [view progress on the dashboard]

Southeast – In 100 Days we will safely and stably house 40 youth, of which 25% will be identified as 14-17 years old and we will raise awareness and collaborate with DCF, HUD, DOE, DMHAS, and Employment to ensure all youth are identified and data is collected. [view progress on the dashboard]

Waterbury/Litchfield – In 100 Days we will safely and stably house 50 youth and young adults between the ages of 16-24. 30% of youth and young adults will be connected to employment services and 60% of youth and young adults that are currently enrolled in school will be referred to McKinney-Vento Liaison, 20% we will assist with getting their GED/HS diploma, 100% will be connected to Mental Health, if necessary.
